A brief story about Martin Eberhard, the founder of Tesla and his business partner Marc Tarpenning. The duo went from selling off an e-book reader company to starting what is today the most synonymous name in electric vehicles, Tesla Motors.
Utilizing a Tesla motor(s), Chevy Volt battery pack, 0-60 in 2.45 seconds this is definitely a sleeper car you might not even hear coming up on you. Tesla + Honda = Teslonda.

This is a segment from PBS Newshour. The Norwegian Government has put several initiatives in place to promote the use of electric vehicles. Norway has surpassed over 100,000 EV’s on their roads and makes it the highest population to EV ratio in the world. By comparison, there are over half a million EV’s in the US. To match Norway’s percentage, it would require 6.25 million EV’s on the road.

The 2018 has finally been unveiled, it will come with a 40kw battery which appears to be handle about a 150 mile range per charge. It seems the 2019 models may offer a larger battery which will provide further range. In competing with companies that have autonomous driving, Nissan will offer their “Pro Pilot Assist” on the 2018 LEAF.
